Will NEET 2020 be postponed again? - National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for admission to around 1,63,150 MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, and BVSc & AH seats. Putting an end to all speculations, the Education Minister of India, Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ has tweeted about the new entrance exam date and now NEET 2020 will be conducted on September 13, in offline mode. As per the latest news and updates on NEET postponements mentioned below, students are still demanding to postpone NEET 2020 September. While, parents association has filed a PIL demanding NEET to postpone till December 2020. Earlier experts have been advised to review the situation and submit its recommendation for NEET 2020 conduction or postponement to MHRD, latest by July 3. A total of 16.84 lakh aspirants will take the exam from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. After the cancellation of the remaining exams of CBSE on June 25, 2020, the chances of NEET postponement was also increased. Earlier, Human Resource and Development (HRD) Minister during a live interview has confirmed that the entrance exam will be going to be conducted as per its schedule but keeping the safety of aspirants in mind, now he announced NEET new exam date.
